Lead Rotic's manufacturing operations end-to-end, ensuring efficient production planning, process improvement, quality consistency, and achievement of operational targets. This role requires strong technical knowledge, leadership capability, and a commitment to building world-class manufacturing systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing end-to-end production including extrusion, aging, powder coating, and finishing
- Developing production plans and ensuring timely achievement of output targets
- Improving productivity, reducing waste, and optimising resource utilisation
- Establishing production standards, processes, and performance metrics
- Leading production teams and building a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
- Collaborating with maintenance, quality, warehouse, and management teams
Requirements
- Degree/HND in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related discipline
- 7+ years experience managing manufacturing operations
- Experience in aluminium extrusion or heavy manufacturing is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of production planning, process improvement, and team leadership

- Monitoring machine performance, downtime, material usage, and production losses
- Coordinating with maintenance, quality, warehouse, and planning teams
- Ensuring proper adherence to production procedures and reporting standards
Requirements
- Degree/HND in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years experience in manufacturing operations, preferably aluminium extrusion or similar industries
- Strong leadership and shift management experience
- Good understanding of production processes, quality control, and safety practices

- 3+ years experience in warehouse or logistics operations
- Strong inventory management and team supervision skills
- Experience with ERP systems is an advantage
